This workshop will detail five strategies for igniting your board’s involvement and commitment to fundraising. It will provide working tools for inspiring their passion, providing boards with key knowledge that they can use, create measurable, bite sized opportunities for board member action, build a donor community culture within the board and finally encourage continued fund raising engagement. The workshop will provide ideas of materials you can use at a board meeting to help promote fund raising along with examples of roles that each board member can play, regardless of their excitement or knowledge of fund raising.
