We want to hear from YOU!

On behalf of PCCD, the Center for Survey Research at Penn State Harrisburg is administering a survey to get input on the needs and challenges of victim service professionals (directors/managers, victim advocates, coordinators, support staff, volunteers, and other practitioners) in order to develop future training sessions.

This site provides training for victim advocates at PCCD-funded programs and allied professionals whose work brings them into contact with crime victim populations.

The Victim Service training is provided in a Learning Management System that allows the registered learner to document and receive credit for training completed.

PCCD is the lead criminal justice system planning agency for Pennsylvania. Its mission is to enhance the quality and coordination of criminal and juvenile justice systems, facilitate the delivery of services to victims of crime and increase the safety of Pennsylvania's communities.
