Pennsylvania Victim Services Training Website

This website provides training courses for victim services professionals and directors whose work brings them into contact with victims and survivors of crime. These training courses are tailored to individuals who work for or volunteer at programs funded by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) and allied professionals. Visit the About Us page to learn more about PCCD and the trainings provided through this website.

Trainings Include:

  • Victim Services Trainings: Improve skills working directly with victims and survivors
  • Leadership and Governance Trainings: Learn more about organizational capacity, management, and board development
  • Supplemental Trainings: Gain additional knowledge related to victims services outside of this website
  • Attorney Trainings: View pre-recorded webinars about the attorney's role in victim proceedings (requires an 8-character Group Key to access)

Trainings are funded by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), the lead criminal justice system planning agency for Pennsylvania. PCCD's mission is to enhance the quality and coordination of criminal and juvenile justice systems, facilitate the delivery of services to victims of crime and increase the safety of Pennsylvania's communities.
