The more we know, the better we can help! Include as much detail as possible in your email. At a minimum, include the name and email address associated with your account. Screenshots are also helpful!

In general, support is provided Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM (excluding holidays).

Trainings are funded by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), the lead criminal justice system planning agency for Pennsylvania. PCCD's mission is to enhance the quality and coordination of criminal and juvenile justice systems, facilitate the delivery of services to victims of crime and increase the safety of Pennsylvania's communities.

This website is maintained and supported by staff members at Penn State Harrisburg and is hosted on the TalentLMS platform.
