The second workshop in the Leading Change training will focus on:
- Understanding the 3 Change Preferences: Conserver, Pragmatist and Innovator
- Examining the strengths, challenges and leadership styles of the 3 Preferences
- Identifying those preferences in yourself and your team
- Learning how to effectively communicate with the with the different Preferences

Note: This training CANNOT count towards the Foundational Academy Supplemental Training requirements.
