Description
The third and final session in the Leading Change series will teach participants how to:
- Use board development and staff on-boarding to create a stronger change ready team
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
- Develop a Change Management Plan, including creating time-lines and rewards

Note: This training CANNOT count towards the Foundational Academy Supplemental Training requirements.
