Description
The participant will be able to:
- Recognize the importance of building a diverse board to reflect the community
- Develop inclusive practices and policies
- Develop recruitment practices to build a strong board
- Identify criteria for selecting board members
- Designate and formalize a process for board nomination
- Design an on-board process for new board members

Note: This training CANNOT count towards the Foundational Academy Supplemental Training requirements.
